Our cleaning crew goes through every RV we purchase with a white glove inspection after our service team does a thorough pre-inspection. We want customers to feel confident before they hit the road so we offer a walk through and address any concerns or questions before leaving our lot. We do all of this at no charge.

RVs 4 Less Rental Terms Important Information About Your Rentals
On arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the operators of RVs 4 Less. Here is a summary of their terms and conditions:

* The Supplier means the operator of RVs 4 Less
* The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s) or renter (s)
RESERVATIONS/ DEPOSITS/ CANCELLATIONS
An initial deposit is due upon confirmation of your booking and will be deducted from your nominated credit card. PLEASE NOTE: this deposit is non-refundable.
A second stage payment of $200.00 is also required at the time of booking confirmation. This payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card shortly after booking has been confirmed.
The Balance Amount, shown in your payment breakdown, is due 30 days prior to the pick up date. This amount will also be collected using the nominated credit card provided upon submitting your booking.
SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS
Full balance of payment (including the deposit) will be collected at the time of confirmation if you have elected to process your booking in a currency different to USD.
Full balance of payment (including the deposit) will also be collected at the time of confirmation, if you placed your booking within 30 days of your pick up date.
Reservations are on a first come first served basis, all units are subject to sales.In the case the unit you desire is sold, we reserve the right to substitute by floor plan. We will do our best to accommodate according to similar floor plan and amount of people you need to sleep. Should another unit not be available, the company's liability will be limited to the refund of all refundable monies paid by the customer. Certain major events and holidays will require a 4 day minimum rental. Please ask which Holidays and events will require 4 day minimum.
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
All Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee.
All cancellations must be received by our office in writing 17 days prior to departure or the second stage payment of $200.00 will be forfeited
A security deposit of $500 for all trailers, $300 for all tent trailers, and $750 for all motorhomes as well as a cleaning deposit of $125 for all units are required. Deposits must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to pick up date. Deposits may be made by cash or credit card. However, a signed credit card authorization is required to be on file. Major credit cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard (subject to a 2 % processing fee) Discover and Amex (subject to 3% processing fee). Checks are accepted if received at least 2 weeks prior to departure and must clear bank (NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT TIME OF PICK UP). Deposits will be refunded up to 10 days after the unit is returned providing it is returned in the same condition as it was when it was rented; gas tank same as it went out, holding tanks are emptied, unit is clean, no damage was done to the recreational vehicle, and all other terms and conditions have been met. Our service department has 10 days from the day of return to inspect the unit for any damage cosmetic, functionality, or any other type of damage. Deposits will be credited in the same manner given for checks and credit cards.Cash deposits will be returned in the form of a check. Damages, additional charges, or any disputed may further delay deposit refund. Customer is responsible for 100% of all damages and costs to the rented unit regardless if insurance company will cover damage.There is no smoking allowed in or around our rental units. If the unit is returned with the smell of smoke or camp fire smoke deposits will be forfeited and additional charges may apply. If you like to take a pet with you on the trip there is an additional$750.00 deposit for the "invisible pet". If the unit is returned and shows signs of a pet being inside the pet deposit as well as the security and cleaning deposit will be forfeited and additional fees may apply.Under no circumstances will rentals be accepted for return outside of normal business hours of 9-4 Monday-Saturday. There is no Mexico or Canada travel under any condition. In the event a unit is not returned at its scheduled appointment time a fee of $20 for every hour up to 3 hours plus a $50 unauthorized use charge will apply. The appointment time is the same as the return time not the time the unit leaves rvs4less. Pickup any time before 4:00 counts as a day and any time returned after 9:00 counts as a day. Private, gravel, dirt, beaches, or other non-public roads are prohibited. Customers will be fully responsible for accidents or mechanical breakdowns occurring in a travel restricted area.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
AH RV drivers must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid California driver's license. All drivers must sign an agreement. All renters for trailers must be 21ears of age.
SERVICE CALLS
Customers are provided a service contact telephone number. In case where a service call is required due to inappropriate use by customer of a unit's mechanical feature, a service call fee will be charged at the rate of $95/hour plus mileage with a minimum charge of $95. This is our normal mobile service rate.(Including drive time) Rvs41ess is not responsible for any manufacturer defect or failure and there will be no refund issued in those cases.Certain things such as tv, vcr, dvd, cd, cassette tape, generator, air conditioner, refrigerator, cruise control, awning, slide-out malfunction, microwave, appliances, batteries, etc.are not considered to be breakdowns.
DRY CAMPING AND LIABILITY
Dry camping is not advised. When the renter is "dry camping" they are not connected to an external power source. Problems will most likely arise due to a low battery or failure. The battery will continue to stay low until renter is connected to an external power source. Rvs41ess is not responsible for battery being low or any appliance malfunctions of the vehicle due to dry camping. NO REIMBURSEMENT will be given for "DRY CAMPING MALFUNCTIONS". Rvs4less is not responsible for flat tires, blow outs, or any tire repairs. Customer is liable for all parking tickets and traffic violations. Report all accidents to rental office and police immediately. Should a break down occur, customer must notify rental office for repair authorization and follow instructions provided by Rvs4less. The customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, lug nuts, wheels, tires and coolant level at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failure immediately. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failures to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in breakdown for 12 Hours or more, though no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof. Radio, vcr, dvd, cd, cassette tape, generator, air conditioner, microwave, appliances, battery, refrigerator, cruise control, awning, slide out malfunction, etc. are not considered to be breakdowns and no refunds are available for these items.
TOWING REQUIREMENT
No towing is allowed behind any rental unit. Unauthorized towing will result in forfeiture of deposit and possible additional charges. Rvs41ess can install towing accessories on most models. Please ask for price of each installation. Please schedule an appointment prior to pick up time to avoid any further delays. The following equipment is required.

DEFINITIONS
"Agreement" means all terms and conditions found in this form, and addenda and any additional materials we provide at the time of rental. "You" or "Your'' means the person identified as the renter on this form, any person signing this agreement, and authorized driver and any person or organization to whom changes are billed by us at its or the renter's direction. All persons referred to as "you" or "your" are jointly and severally bound by its agreement, "we", "our'' or "us" means the business renting the vehicle to you. "Authorized driver'' means you and additional driver approved and listed by us on this agreement. "Vehicle" means the recreational vehicle identified in this agreement and any vehicle we substitute for it. "Loss of use" means the loss of our right to use the vehicle for any reason because of damage to it or loss of it during this rental. Loss of use is calculated by multiplying the number of days from the date of damage to the vehicle until it is repaired or replaced times the daily rental rate.
RENTAL, INDEMNITY AND WARRANTIES
This is a contract for rental of the vehicle.We may repossess the vehicle at your expense without notice to you, if the vehicle is abandoned or used in violation of law of this agreement. You agree to indemnify us, defend us and hold us harmless from all claims, liability. Costs and attorney fees we incur resulting from, or arising out of, this rental and your use of the vehicle, We make no warranties, express, implied, or apparent, regarding the vehicle, no warranty of merchantability and not warranty that the vehicle is fit for a particular purpose.
CONDITION AND RETURN OF VEHICLE
You must return the vehicle to our rental office or other location we specify, on the date and time specified in this agreement, and in the
same condition that you received item except for ordinary wear. If the vehicle is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for the safety of, and any damaged to, the vehicle until we inspect it upon our next opening for business. Service to the vehicle replacement of parts or accessories during the rental must have our prior approval by management
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS REPORTING TO POLICE
You are responsible for all damaged to, or loss off theft of, the vehicle, which includes the cost of repair or the actual retail cash value of the vehicle if it is not repairable or if we elect not to repair it, loss of use, diminished value of the vehicle cause by damage to it or repair of it, missing equipment, and a reasonable charge to cover our administrative expenses connected with any damage claim, whether or not you are at fault. You must reports involving the vehicle to us and the police within 24 hours of occurrence.
PROHIBITED USES
The following acts or uses of the vehicle are prohibited: a) towing or driving the vehicle:(i) by anyone who is not an authorized driver, or by anyone whose driving license is suspended in any jurisdiction;(11) by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol;(iii) by anyone who obtained the vehicle or extended the rental period by giving us false, fraudulent or misleading information; (iv) in furtherance of any illegal purpose or under any circumstance that would constitute a violation of law other than a minor traffic citation; (v) to carry persons or property for hire; (vi) in any race, sped test or contest; (iv) to carry dangerous or hazardous items or illegal material; (viii) outside the united states; (ix) when loaded beyond its capacity, as determined by the manufacturer of the vehicle; (x) when driven through or under any underpass or other structure without sufficient overhead or side clearance; (xi) when It is reasonable to expect you to know the further operation would damage the vehicle; (xiii) in a manner involving the vehicle that cause personal inquiry or property damage; ©damaging the vehicle by your intentional, wanton, willful, or reckless conduct; (d) damaging the vehicle by placing tire chains, signs, lettering or painting on the outside of the vehicle; (g) damaging the vehicle by losing loudspeakers or other sound equipment on the exterior of the vehicle; and, (h) if the vehicle is equipped with an outside fuel station,using any fuel octane rated higher than 87.
INSURANCE
You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others; you have provided us with an insurance binder indicating that you have primary liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance covering you, us and the vehicle.
CHARGES
You agree to pay us on demand for all charges due to us under this agreement, including, but not limited to; (a) time for the period during which you keep the vehicle;(b) charges for additional drivers; (c) charges for the optional services; (d) applicable taxes; (e) all traffic, toll or parking violations, fine, penalties, citations, forfeitures, court costs, towing charges and other expenses involving the vehicle assessed against us or the vehicle; if you fail to pay a traffic or toll charge to the charging authority, you will pay us all fees owed to the charging authority plus our administrative fee of $50 for each such charge; (g) $100 an hour, Plus $5/mile for every mile between the renting location and the place where the vehicle is returned, reposed or abandoned, plus any additional recovery expenses we incur; (h) all costs, including pre- and post-judgment attorney fees, we incur collecting payment from you or otherwise enforcing our rights under this agreement; (i) a 5% late payment fee, or the maximum amount allowed by law(if lower than 5%) on all amounts paid after the vehicle is returned; (j) $50 or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater, if you pay us with a check returned unpaid for any reason; and (k) a reasonable fee to clean the vehicle, if returned substantially less clean that when rented; (1) a dumping fee of $75 if the vehicle's waste have not been drained (valves open and caps off) by you prior to return of the vehicle; (m) a refueling fee of $25 plus $5 a gallon of fuel if you fail to refill tank to same as rented. We will not refund any of the time or mileage charges if you return the vehicle earlier than the date or time due in. Fuel reimbursement will not be given if customer fills tank fuller than when it left.
DEPOSIT
We may use your deposit to pay any money owed to us under this agreement. We may also use your card on file for any additional charges regarding this rental.
YOUR PROPERTY AND BELONGINGS
You release us, our agents, and employees from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal property or that of any other person, that we received, handles or stored, or that was left or carried in or on the vehicle or in any service vehicle or in our offices, whether or not the loss of damage was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility.
MODIFICATIONS
No term of this agreement can be waived or modified except by in writing that we have signed. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. All prior representations agreements between you and us regarding this rental are merged into this agreement.
MISCELLANEOUS
A waiver by us of any breach of this agreement is not a waiver of any additional breach or waiver of the performance of your obligations under this agreement. Our acceptance of payment from you or our failure, refusal or neglect to exercise any of our rights under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of any other provision of this agreement, unless prohibited by law, you release us from any liability for consequential, special or punitive damages in connection with this rental or the reservation of a vehicle. You will indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claim arising out of unsafe fueling practices committed by you or your agent. If any provision of this agreement is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are valid and enforceable.

For your convenience and to serve you best, schedule a specific arrival time for pick-up. The unit will be checked out completely as to operation and condition with you and a representative before departure. At that time of check out, all vehicles will have propane, gas (Motorized only), holding tank will be dumped and the interior and exterior will be clean. ** Only authorized drivers are allowed to pick-up or return units. Non-compliance with this condition will result in forfeiture of security deposit and may leave customer liable for charges and damage. ** Allow at least one hour for check out.
Upon Return, the vehicle will be inspected. The interior and exterior are to be clean and all personal belongings removed. Rvs4less will not be held responsible for items left in at time of return. Based on the condition of the rental unit at the time of return, the appropriate charges will be applied against the security and cleaning deposits. In case of damage to the unit, the proper documentation will be made at time of return. Returns are to be back the same time as pickup. For customers no picking up from our location and having the rental transport you waive all rights to a walk-thru. We advise it is best to see how to demonstrate all systems. If something is not working because of operators error RVS4LESS is not obligated to refund any monies to the customer. The customer will be fully responsible for any items damaged.

The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:

To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Deposits will be refunded up to 10 days after the unit is returned providing it is returned in the same condition as it was when it was rented; gas tank same as it went out, holding tanks are emptied, unit is clean, no damage was done to the recreational vehicle, and all other terms and conditions have been met. Our service department has 10 days from the day of return to inspect the unit for any damage cosmetic, functionality, or any other type of damage. Deposits will be credited in the same manner given for checks and credit cards.Cash deposits will be returned in the form of a check. Damages, additional charges, or any disputed may further delay deposit refund. Customer is responsible for 100% of all damages and costs to the rented unit regardless if insurance company will cover damage.There is no smoking allowed in or around our rental units. If the unit is returned with the smell of smoke or camp fire smoke deposits will be forfeited and additional charges may apply. If you like to take a pet with you on the trip there is an additional$750.00 deposit for the "invisible pet". If the unit is returned and shows signs of a pet being inside the pet deposit as well as the security and cleaning deposit will be forfeited and additional fees may apply.Under no circumstances will rentals be accepted for return outside of normal business hours of 9-4 Monday-Saturday. There is no Mexico or Canada travel under any condition. In the event a unit is not returned at its scheduled appointment time a fee of $20 for every hour up to 3 hours plus a $50 unauthorized use charge will apply. The appointment time is the same as the return time not the time the unit leaves rvs4less. Pickup any time before 4:00 counts as a day and any time returned after 9:00 counts as a day. Private, gravel, dirt, beaches, or other non-public roads are prohibited. Customers will be fully responsible for accidents or mechanical breakdowns occurring in a travel restricted area.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
AH RV drivers must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid California driver's license. All drivers must sign an agreement. All renters for trailers must be 21ears of age.
SERVICE CALLS
Customers are provided a service contact telephone number. In case where a service call is required due to inappropriate use by customer of a unit's mechanical feature, a service call fee will be charged at the rate of $95/hour plus mileage with a minimum charge of $95. This is our normal mobile service rate.(Including drive time) Rvs41ess is not responsible for any manufacturer defect or failure and there will be no refund issued in those cases.Certain things such as tv, vcr, dvd, cd, cassette tape, generator, air conditioner, refrigerator, cruise control, awning, slide-out malfunction, microwave, appliances, batteries, etc.are not considered to be breakdowns.
DRY CAMPING AND LIABILITY
Dry camping is not advised. When the renter is "dry camping" they are not connected to an external power source. Problems will most likely arise due to a low battery or failure. The battery will continue to stay low until renter is connected to an external power source. Rvs41ess is not responsible for battery being low or any appliance malfunctions of the vehicle due to dry camping. NO REIMBURSEMENT will be given for "DRY CAMPING MALFUNCTIONS". Rvs4less is not responsible for flat tires, blow outs, or any tire repairs. Customer is liable for all parking tickets and traffic violations. Report all accidents to rental office and police immediately. Should a break down occur, customer must notify rental office for repair authorization and follow instructions provided by Rvs4less. The customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, lug nuts, wheels, tires and coolant level at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failure immediately. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failures to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in breakdown for 12 Hours or more, though no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof. Radio, vcr, dvd, cd, cassette tape, generator, air conditioner, microwave, appliances, battery, refrigerator, cruise control, awning, slide out malfunction, etc. are not considered to be breakdowns and no refunds are available for these items.
TOWING REQUIREMENT
No towing is allowed behind any rental unit. Unauthorized towing will result in forfeiture of deposit and possible additional charges. Rvs41ess can install towing accessories on most models. Please ask for price of each installation. Please schedule an appointment prior to pick up time to avoid any further delays. The following equipment is required.

DEFINITIONS
"Agreement" means all terms and conditions found in this form, and addenda and any additional materials we provide at the time of rental. "You" or "Your'' means the person identified as the renter on this form, any person signing this agreement, and authorized driver and any person or organization to whom changes are billed by us at its or the renter's direction. All persons referred to as "you" or "your" are jointly and severally bound by its agreement, "we", "our'' or "us" means the business renting the vehicle to you. "Authorized driver'' means you and additional driver approved and listed by us on this agreement. "Vehicle" means the recreational vehicle identified in this agreement and any vehicle we substitute for it. "Loss of use" means the loss of our right to use the vehicle for any reason because of damage to it or loss of it during this rental. Loss of use is calculated by multiplying the number of days from the date of damage to the vehicle until it is repaired or replaced times the daily rental rate.
RENTAL, INDEMNITY AND WARRANTIES
This is a contract for rental of the vehicle.We may repossess the vehicle at your expense without notice to you, if the vehicle is abandoned or used in violation of law of this agreement. You agree to indemnify us, defend us and hold us harmless from all claims, liability. Costs and attorney fees we incur resulting from, or arising out of, this rental and your use of the vehicle, We make no warranties, express, implied, or apparent, regarding the vehicle, no warranty of merchantability and not warranty that the vehicle is fit for a particular purpose.
CONDITION AND RETURN OF VEHICLE
You must return the vehicle to our rental office or other location we specify, on the date and time specified in this agreement, and in the
same condition that you received item except for ordinary wear. If the vehicle is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for the safety of, and any damaged to, the vehicle until we inspect it upon our next opening for business. Service to the vehicle replacement of parts or accessories during the rental must have our prior approval by management
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS REPORTING TO POLICE
You are responsible for all damaged to, or loss off theft of, the vehicle, which includes the cost of repair or the actual retail cash value of the vehicle if it is not repairable or if we elect not to repair it, loss of use, diminished value of the vehicle cause by damage to it or repair of it, missing equipment, and a reasonable charge to cover our administrative expenses connected with any damage claim, whether or not you are at fault. You must reports involving the vehicle to us and the police within 24 hours of occurrence.
PROHIBITED USES
The following acts or uses of the vehicle are prohibited: a) towing or driving the vehicle:(i) by anyone who is not an authorized driver, or by anyone whose driving license is suspended in any jurisdiction;(11) by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol;(iii) by anyone who obtained the vehicle or extended the rental period by giving us false, fraudulent or misleading information; (iv) in furtherance of any illegal purpose or under any circumstance that would constitute a violation of law other than a minor traffic citation; (v) to carry persons or property for hire; (vi) in any race, sped test or contest; (iv) to carry dangerous or hazardous items or illegal material; (viii) outside the united states; (ix) when loaded beyond its capacity, as determined by the manufacturer of the vehicle; (x) when driven through or under any underpass or other structure without sufficient overhead or side clearance; (xi) when It is reasonable to expect you to know the further operation would damage the vehicle; (xiii) in a manner involving the vehicle that cause personal inquiry or property damage; ©damaging the vehicle by your intentional, wanton, willful, or reckless conduct; (d) damaging the vehicle by placing tire chains, signs, lettering or painting on the outside of the vehicle; (g) damaging the vehicle by losing loudspeakers or other sound equipment on the exterior of the vehicle; and, (h) if the vehicle is equipped with an outside fuel station,using any fuel octane rated higher than 87.
INSURANCE
You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others; you have provided us with an insurance binder indicating that you have primary liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance covering you, us and the vehicle.
CHARGES
You agree to pay us on demand for all charges due to us under this agreement, including, but not limited to; (a) time for the period during which you keep the vehicle;(b) charges for additional drivers; (c) charges for the optional services; (d) applicable taxes; (e) all traffic, toll or parking violations, fine, penalties, citations, forfeitures, court costs, towing charges and other expenses involving the vehicle assessed against us or the vehicle; if you fail to pay a traffic or toll charge to the charging authority, you will pay us all fees owed to the charging authority plus our administrative fee of $50 for each such charge; (g) $100 an hour, Plus $5/mile for every mile between the renting location and the place where the vehicle is returned, reposed or abandoned, plus any additional recovery expenses we incur; (h) all costs, including pre- and post-judgment attorney fees, we incur collecting payment from you or otherwise enforcing our rights under this agreement; (i) a 5% late payment fee, or the maximum amount allowed by law(if lower than 5%) on all amounts paid after the vehicle is returned; (j) $50 or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater, if you pay us with a check returned unpaid for any reason; and (k) a reasonable fee to clean the vehicle, if returned substantially less clean that when rented; (1) a dumping fee of $75 if the vehicle's waste have not been drained (valves open and caps off) by you prior to return of the vehicle; (m) a refueling fee of $25 plus $5 a gallon of fuel if you fail to refill tank to same as rented. We will not refund any of the time or mileage charges if you return the vehicle earlier than the date or time due in. Fuel reimbursement will not be given if customer fills tank fuller than when it left.
DEPOSIT
We may use your deposit to pay any money owed to us under this agreement. We may also use your card on file for any additional charges regarding this rental.
YOUR PROPERTY AND BELONGINGS
You release us, our agents, and employees from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal property or that of any other person, that we received, handles or stored, or that was left or carried in or on the vehicle or in any service vehicle or in our offices, whether or not the loss of damage was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility.
MODIFICATIONS
No term of this agreement can be waived or modified except by in writing that we have signed. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. All prior representations agreements between you and us regarding this rental are merged into this agreement.
MISCELLANEOUS
A waiver by us of any breach of this agreement is not a waiver of any additional breach or waiver of the performance of your obligations under this agreement. Our acceptance of payment from you or our failure, refusal or neglect to exercise any of our rights under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of any other provision of this agreement, unless prohibited by law, you release us from any liability for consequential, special or punitive damages in connection with this rental or the reservation of a vehicle. You will indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claim arising out of unsafe fueling practices committed by you or your agent. If any provision of this agreement is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are valid and enforceable.

For your convenience and to serve you best, schedule a specific arrival time for pick-up. The unit will be checked out completely as to operation and condition with you and a representative before departure. At that time of check out, all vehicles will have propane, gas (Motorized only), holding tank will be dumped and the interior and exterior will be clean. ** Only authorized drivers are allowed to pick-up or return units. Non-compliance with this condition will result in forfeiture of security deposit and may leave customer liable for charges and damage. ** Allow at least one hour for check out.
Upon Return, the vehicle will be inspected. The interior and exterior are to be clean and all personal belongings removed. Rvs4less will not be held responsible for items left in at time of return. Based on the condition of the rental unit at the time of return, the appropriate charges will be applied against the security and cleaning deposits. In case of damage to the unit, the proper documentation will be made at time of return. Returns are to be back the same time as pickup. For customers no picking up from our location and having the rental transport you waive all rights to a walk-thru. We advise it is best to see how to demonstrate all systems. If something is not working because of operators error RVS4LESS is not obligated to refund any monies to the customer. The customer will be fully responsible for any items damaged.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
